Our Greenhouses are located in Florida and California. We ship our plants with Standard shipping via USPS and our items typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to get processed - shipping is free & taxes will be calculated at check out.

ADDING HEATPACKS TO YOUR ORDER IN WINTER MONTHS (Nov-Apr)
• Please note that we are not responsible for cold damage if you did not add heat packs during the winter months. 
• If your order arrives with cold damage after adding Heat packs, we will either send you a replacement or refund you in full.

OUR PACKING PROCEDURE
In order to ensure a healthy delivery, we ship our plants in custom boxes. We procure our plants from small tropical plant growers who prioritize quality above all else. 
STEP 1: We select our plants from the greenhouse.

STEP 2: Our team prepares each plant individually for shipment

STEP 3: A cardboard sleeve is placed around each plant and it is placed inside a shipping box

STEP 4: We pack each order with care and ship it via USPS

MERCHANDISE

Earthling Sprout's merchandise is custom-made, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. 

Our merchandise is produced by different vendors in the country and each has a different production and shipping timeline. Please refer to the product description to see the specific timeline (Production & Shipping).
