Shipping Heat Packs

For the safe arrival of your plants to your home, we recommend adding this heat pack if you are ordering plants during the winter months (Nov-Apr).

It is highly recommended that you order a Heat Pack!

• Easy to use and provides optimal results with a color indicator on the warmer
• Maintains an average surface temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius)

• Excellent for shipping live plants and flowers
• One heat pack is suitable for 1 to 2 plants.

• Please note that we are not responsible for cold damage if you did not add heat packs during the winter months. 
• If your order arrives with cold damage after adding Heat packs, we will either send you a replacement or refund you in full.
